Description by seller:
Road-registered right-hand-drive track car. Full roll cage fitted so the back seat is no longer there but it does have a set of bucket seats up front. Power comes from a Mercedes-Benz W201 2.3-litre 8-valve that has been fitted with an aftermarket turbo and management system. Gearbox is the standard H-pattern item and ratios work well to keep the turbo on the boil. Lowering springs have been fitted and Koni shocks keep the rubber on the tarmac.
Factory windscreens are in good condition and in order to keep it as a useable road car, the side windows are still glass and operational. Bodywork is very good. Ideal car to take on breakfast runs or to the track for some weekend action.
This Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.3-8V is available to view in Johannesburg by appointment.
